Roger Gidney, Managing Director, created Property 1st with his wife Barbara. The Company has grown significantly through their dedication to provide excellent customer service within the building industry and ensuring every job is done efficiently and to the best standard possible.
The company grew, Nick Stratton has been with the company for over 20 years and is our Operations Director. He has extensive knowledge and experience of both commercial refurbishment and domestic refurbishment. Nick leads our team of experienced tradesmen who are all fully trained and experienced.
Our office is managed by Rachel Williamson who has been a member of our team for 10 years now and is supported by Hannah.
